FAMILY DISCOUNT
Get out and enjoy an active day with all the little people in tow! Our Family Entry is an affordable way to make this happen – and is intended to acknowledge the extra financial commitments that families with children face. Accordingly, this is not an entry option for just two adults. We’re sure you understand.

Family members may enter any event distance under a family group entry. A 10% discount off the total entry fees will be automatically applied when at least 1 adult and 1 child are entered.

REFUNDS, WITHDRAWALS & TRANSFERS

Withdrawals, transfers or changes to entry information will be accepted up until online entry closes.

If you wish to withdraw from the event, transfer or make changes to your entry please email donutruntaupo@hotmail.com

WITHDRAWALS:

As per the registration waiver there are no refunds if you withdraw from an event.  This is a charity fundraiser event and we are thankful for your contribution to Village Aunties!

In the very unlikely event that we are forced to cancel an event due to bad weather, there will be no refunds available.

 

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON:

Transfers from one person to another person up until online entry closes will incur a $15 admin fee.  A promotion code will be given to pass onto the new person to use when entering.

Note: $15 admin fee applies to each entrant, with the exception of family entries where one $15 fee applies.

Transfers to a shorter distances will not receive a credit or refund.  Transfers to a longer distance will incur an additional charge.

CHANGING DISTANCES:

You can change distances prior to online registrations closing. This is possible through your online registration, click to amend through your confirmation email. If you can’t locate your registration confirmation, please email donutruntaupo@hotmail.com
